Ford 100th Anniversary Celebration, June 12-16th 2003, Dearborn, MI.
There was plenty of stuff to see at the show, no suprise. I tried to snap as much as I could, but even digital camera only hold so much! Here's a sampling of some of the cool stuff on hand.

| Ford's corporate HQ, with the 100th logo emblazoned on the side. |

Here's a sample of some of the stuff you got for attending..The ''Powered by Ford' book was a nice compilation of photos and information. You also got a nice hardbound 'Ford Century' book, but they didn't tell anyone about until the last minute and we almost missed getting it! The small booklet in upper left, marked 'Event Passport', got worn around your neck in a clear lanyard, contained all kinds of neat info, maps, etc and came in handy for collection autographs. On the back cover I grabbed Glen Wood, Leonard Wood, Manny Esquerra, and 'Dyno' Don Nicholson. Front cover was Junior Johnson, Ned Jarrett and Ricky Rudd. |

| In case you were wondering who was available for autographs...The NASCAR guys were there on Thursday, a mob scene of course, and the weekend brought more racing legends. |

| The Model T brigade rolled in around 3 PM Thursday. These cars came from CA and points west to be part of the show! I think there were still a couple of original owners in the group. |

| These people no doubt had a less than smooth ride..side curtains(maybe), even some open cars, you had to admire the determination. |
![]() |
| Here's the end of the group, with Dearborn PD in hot pursuit..crazy kids! |

| Bill Ford spoke briefly before the driver's autograph session on Thursday. The 1901 is on left, the 999 that made Henry famous on right. |

| Kathy and Junior Johnson compare Moonshine recipes before signing her hat on Saturday. |

| Ned Jarrett mugs for the camera. This was at Saturday's signing session. |

| Mike and the man, Caroll Shelby, signing a Cobra model scored from Tony Scharp. Tony and Darin combed the local stores the night before and made a few bucks selling these to the unprepared autograph hounds like me. |

| Here the Wood Bros sign for fans..Hmm..Kinda remind you of the 'Car Talk' guys.. |
![]() |
| Neat Ford Transporter with Cougar Eliminator on back. Who needs AAA when you have this rig? Unless of course the truck breaks down! |
